With experience spanning a German single-family office and Goldman Sachs, he partners with founders and teams end-to-end—from narrative and data room to investor outreach and closing—while also supporting go-to-market execution.

Maximilian Scholz is a venture capital and private equity professional with a strong track record guiding companies from seed to growth stage and mobilizing investor capital across Europe and the U.S.

He has held key roles at PE family offices and leading venture capital funds—including one of Silicon Valley’s most active pre-seed investors (AuM US $1 billion)—and managed investments at one of Europe’s top early-stage funds (AuM US $1.7 billion).

Maximilian has led direct investments and structured seed financings of over €20 million, securing substantial follow-on rounds for portfolio companies. With expertise across sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and portfolio management, he combines investor discipline with entrepreneurial empathy to help founders raise confidently.
